<p>Robert Half Management Resources is recruiting for a Senior Accountant to support our manufacturing client in the south bay on a 2-3 month on-stie engagement in South Bay, Los Angeles. This pivotal role entails coordinating sales integrations and meticulously examining daily financial indicators to assure their accuracy and punctual reporting.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Analyze daily financial metrics to ensure data accuracy and provide timely reports to relevant stakeholders.</p><p>• Prepare and post journal entries to maintain accurate financial records.</p><p>• Perform account reconciliations to verify the integrity and reliability of financial statements.</p><p>• Conduct cycle account reviews to confirm alignment between physical inventory counts and recorded data.</p><p>• Utilize Oracle software to carry out essential accounting functions and processes.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to oversee month-end close procedures and maintain compliance with accounting standards.</p><p>• Review general ledger entries and resolve discrepancies to ensure proper financial reporting.</p><p>• Manage bank reconciliations to track and verify accuracy in cash flow records.</p><p>• Support sales integration activities by coordinating financial data and processes.</p><p>• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines in all accounting practices.</p>

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting roles, with demonstrated expertise in senior-level responsibilities.<br>• Proficiency in Oracle software to execute accounting tasks effectively.<br>• Strong knowledge of general ledger processes and month-end close procedures.<br>• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.<br>• Experience with journal entry preparation and account reconciliations.<br>• Ability to manage bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy in cash flow records.<br>• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining financial integrity.<br>• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
