In this Contract-to-permanent position, you will oversee and execute full-cycle payroll processes while ensuring compliance with multi-state payroll regulations. This role requires bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish and expertise in ADP Workforce Now or Workday systems. Responsibilities: • Manage and execute full-cycle payroll processes for employees across multiple states. • Ensure accurate and timely payroll distribution for a workforce exceeding 500 employees. • Utilize ADP Workforce Now or Workday to streamline payroll operations and reporting. • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations. • Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries efficiently. • Prepare and analyze payroll reports to support financial and operational decision-making. • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure payroll accuracy and alignment with organizational policies. • Implement and optimize payroll system functionalities, ensuring seamless integration and operation. • Conduct audits to verify payroll data and ensure accuracy in employee compensation. • Provide bilingual support in English and Spanish for payroll-related communications.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle payroll processing. • Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or Workday payroll systems. • Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll regulations and compliance. • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills. • Experience managing payroll for organizations with over 500 employees. • Ability to analyze payroll data and generate detailed reports. • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Familiarity with payroll system integrations and optimizations.
