• Proven experience in billing functions and accounts receivable processes. • Proficiency in using Aderant software for billing and financial operations. • Familiarity with Costpoint software is highly desirable. • Strong analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. • Excellent organizational and time management abilities. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. • Effective communication skills for resolving customer inquiries and internal coordination. • Prior experience in export customer service is an advantage.
