We are looking for a detail-oriented Cash Processing Teller to join our team in Broadview, Illinois. In this contract role, you will play an essential part in managing and processing customer deposits, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations. This position requires a strong focus on precision and security, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:• Inspect deposit bags for signs of tampering and verify assigned work for accuracy.• Process customer deposits, reconcile discrepancies, and resolve out-of-balance conditions.• Ensure compliance with company policies, state, and federal regulations throughout all cash-handling operations.• Detect counterfeit currency and suspicious activities, reporting findings promptly to supervisors.• Meet or exceed daily productivity targets for deposit handling and processing.• Verify cash settlements and transfer funds securely to designated vaults.• Identify opportunities to improve processes and share recommendations with management.• Work independently, managing tasks without direct supervision.
