<p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>CPA and/or MBA preferred.</li><li>Progressive financial leadership experience, ideally within nonprofit, healthcare, senior living, or other mission-driven organizations.</li><li>Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, and financial reporting.</li><li>Ability to communicate complex financial information to diverse audiences.</li></ul><p>Preferred Skills &amp; Attributes</p><ul><li>Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.</li><li>Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.</li><li>Highly collaborative and relationship-oriented.</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.</li><li>Self-starter with a commitment to mission and operational excellence.</li></ul><p><br></p>
