A well-established and rapidly growing financial services organization is seeking a Lead Systems Engineer to join its enterprise infrastructure team in Northeast Atlanta Metro. This role is ideal for a senior-level engineer with deep expertise in Citrix environments, Azure Virtual Desktop technologies, and enterprise infrastructure support. <br> What You’ll Do Design and deliver enterprise infrastructure solutions supporting business-critical systems Provide advanced engineering support for: Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop Citrix Cloud Citrix NetScaler Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) Active Directory &amp; Group Policy Windows Server environments Serve as the final escalation point for complex infrastructure and virtualization issues Support and optimize Citrix application and desktop delivery platforms Administer Azure infrastructure services including networking, VMs, and identity integration Collaborate with IT leadership and vendors on infrastructure modernization initiatives Lead troubleshooting, documentation, patching, upgrades, and system optimization efforts Assist in evaluating and implementing emerging technologies and platform enhancements

Required Experience 5+ years supporting Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop environments Strong experience with: Citrix Cloud NetScaler Azure Virtual Desktop Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy Windows Server administration Experience troubleshooting enterprise network and systems issues Ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor entry level engineers Strong communication and analytical skills
