Our clients in the local area frequently seek experienced Data Analysts with Workday experience to support reporting, data integrity, system analysis, and business decision-making. These are ongoing contract postings intended to identify qualified talent for recurring local needs. Based on general knowledge.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Analyze data sets and prepare reports to support business operations and decision-making</li><li>Use Workday to extract, maintain, validate, and analyze data</li><li>Identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for process improvement</li><li>Develop dashboards, spreadsheets, and reporting tools for internal stakeholders</li><li>Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams on reporting and system-related initiatives</li><li>Support ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed</li></ul>

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field preferred</li><li>2+ years of data analysis experience</li><li>Experience using Workday required</li><li>Strong proficiency in Excel and reporting tools</li><li>Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication abilities</li></ul>
