Apply today! </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Duration: </strong>3-6 months contract with potential to extend</p><p><strong>Location: </strong>100% Onsite in Kent, WA</p><p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday – Friday – Core Business Hours </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as the primary engineer for Microsoft 365 collaboration and communications services, including Microsoft Teams, Teams Phone, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business. </li><li>Configure, deploy, administer, and support Teams Phone capabilities including Direct Routing, Operator Connect, call queues, auto attendants, voicemail, voice routing, emergency calling, PSTN integrations, and policy management. </li><li>Perform advanced troubleshooting for Microsoft Teams and Teams Phone issues including call quality, connectivity, audio/video performance, and service-impacting incidents. </li><li>Administer Microsoft 365 collaboration services and coordinate with Exchange, Security, and Identity administrators on tenant-wide configurations and changes. </li><li>Respond to and resolve service requests and incidents in accordance with established SLAs and IT service management practices. </li><li>Participate in scheduled maintenance, upgrades, migrations, feature rollouts, and continuous service improvement initiatives. </li><li>Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, carriers, and service providers to support integrations, upgrades, and issue resolution. </li><li>Develop and maintain technical documentation including system configurations, procedures, runbooks, and troubleshooting guides. </li><li>Follow established change management, security, and documentation procedures to meet government and regulatory requirements. </li><li>Support additional enterprise infrastructure and systems initiatives as assigned. </li></ul>
