<p><strong>Solutions Architect </strong></p><p><br></p><p>We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to drive customer success by leading solution design, implementation, and integration initiatives. This role focuses on helping clients translate business requirements into scalable, well-architected solutions using our platform, APIs, and integrations with other systems. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering impactful solutions that maximize customer value.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Design, build, and deploy custom solutions leveraging APIs and integrations.</li><li>Lead client engagements involving custom development and technical consulting.</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and manage expectations.</li><li>Translate business needs into technically sound, scalable solutions.</li><li>Participate in design sessions and document solutions aligned with client objectives.</li><li>Provide governance and oversight for projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables.</li><li>Serve as a subject matter expert on platform capabilities and extensibility scenarios.</li><li>Develop tools, processes, and best practices to enhance solution adoption and value.</li><li>Assess solution feasibility and cost to support sales initiatives.</li><li>Review and validate designs produced by other team members.</li><li>Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration.</li><li>Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to identify opportunities for improvements or new offerings.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p><strong></strong></p><ul><li>3+ years hands-on experience configuring, customizing, and implementing SaaS applications.</li><li>Deep understanding of web-based technologies and SaaS platform benefits and use cases.</li><li>Strong knowledge of systems architecture, design patterns, and scalable, performance-driven solutions.</li><li>Experience with data integration tools and connecting SaaS applications to other business systems (ETL, CRM, BI).</li><li>Familiarity with object-oriented analysis, database design, and software development (.NET, Java, JavaScript, Python, NodeJS).</li><li>Experience with large-scale web or client-server systems, or full software lifecycle projects.</li><li>Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Proven ability to lead projects from concept to delivery with minimal guidance.</li><li>Familiarity with platform authentication methods (SAML, SSO, OAuth).</li><li>Strong understanding of release management, version control, and deployment best practices.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in MIS, CIS, CS, or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li><li>Willingness to travel periodically (up to 50%) based on client needs.</li></ul><p><br></p>
