We are looking for a skilled Ruby on Rails Developer to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Bellevue, Washington. This role involves both delivering enhancements and providing ongoing support for existing systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless operation and improvement of software solutions.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Develop and implement backend solutions using Ruby 3.2.8 and Rails 6.1.4.1.<br>• Manage and optimize PostgreSQL databases to ensure reliable data storage and retrieval.<br>• Utilize Redis for caching mechanisms and improve application performance.<br>• Work on frontend components using React, including maintaining legacy code as needed.<br>• Collaborate with infrastructure tools such as Fargate, Load Balancer, and Elasticache to enhance system scalability.<br>• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing systems, ensuring minimal downtime.<br>• Deliver system enhancements efficiently within allocated timelines.<br>• Provide ongoing maintenance and support, addressing monthly workload variations.<br>• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.<br>• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails, including experience with Ruby 3.2.8 and Rails 6.1.4.1.<br>• Strong knowledge of database management with PostgreSQL.<br>• Experience working with Redis for caching and performance optimization.<br>• Familiarity with frontend frameworks, particularly React.<br>• Understanding of infrastructure tools like Fargate, Load Balancer, and Elasticache.<br>• Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues efficiently.<br>• Strong communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders and team members.<br>• Experience in maintaining and enhancing software systems on a long-term basis.
