<p>A well-known nonprofit organization in Baltimore is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join their team! This role will primarily focus on employee relations, coaching supervisors and managers, resolving employee relations issues, fostering a positive workplace culture, and aligning HR policies with organizational goals. Must have a solid background in human resources, and technical savviness in HRIS.</p>

• Proven experience in employee relations and HR administration within a detail-oriented environment.<br>• Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and their applications in managing employee data.<br>• Familiarity with benefits management and onboarding processes.<br>• Ability to provide strategic HR guidance and coaching to managers and supervisors.<br>• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive workplace relationships.<br>• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving HR issues.<br>• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in all HR practices.<br>• Technical proficiency and adaptability to navigate HR systems and tools effectively.
