Contracts Administrator
<p>Robert Half has partnered with an established and growing company serving highly regulated industries with products that support mission-critical work. They are looking to hire a Contracts Administrator as part of a strategic move to bring agreement management under their own roof. That means this is a unique opportunity to step into a newly created role, make an immediate impact, and help shape how this function operates going forward. They’re looking for someone who is organized, collaborative, business-minded, and comfortable managing a high volume of agreements with precision and professionalism to serve clients both internally and externally around contract administration. </p><p> </p><p>This person will become the go-to resource for the coordination, organization, and administration of a wide range of business agreements. You’ll work closely with teams across the organization to help ensure documents move efficiently from request through signature and beyond.</p><p> </p><p>Responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li>Overseeing agreements from initial request through final execution and storage</li><li>Coordinating document flow among internal teams such as sales, finance, operations, leadership, and legal support</li><li>Preparing standard contract documents using approved forms and internal guidance</li><li>Managing edits, version tracking, and status updates throughout the review process</li><li>Monitoring important dates, renewal windows, notice periods, and other key obligations</li><li>Maintaining a reliable and organized system for document retention and retrieval</li><li>Summarizing key business terms for internal stakeholders when needed</li><li>Flagging unusual or higher-risk language for appropriate review</li><li>Supporting third-party agreement administration, including supplier documentation and confidentiality agreements</li><li>Helping improve templates, internal processes, reporting, and overall workflow efficiency</li><li>Assisting with documentation requests tied to audits, security reviews, and regulatory needs</li></ul><p>You’ll join a stable, well-regarded organization with a meaningful product offering, strong cross-functional exposure, and the opportunity to put your stamp on a newly created function.
