Executive Assistant
<p>We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our team in Bakersfield, California. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to executives, ensuring efficient scheduling, communication, and organization. </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and resolving conflicts.</p><p>• Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel plans, ensuring all details are handled efficiently and accurately.</p><p>• Prepare and distribute board meeting materials, packets, and notes in a timely manner.</p><p>• Draft correspondence and documents with exceptional attention to detail.</p><p>• Organize and maintain digital files and records for easy access and retrieval.</p><p>• Provide support during executive meetings, including note-taking and follow-up on action items.</p><p>• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and task execution.</p><p>• Handle multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.</p><p>• Ensure confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.</p><p>• Assist in special projects and tasks as assigned by executives.</p>
<p>• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.</p><p>• Bilingual proficiency, with strong communication skills in English and Spanish.</p><p>• Proven expertise in calendar management and scheduling.</p><p>• Demonstrated ability to arrange and coordinate travel plans with precision.</p><p>• Exceptional writing and attentive correspondence skills.</p><p>• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</p><p>• Proficiency in digital tools and systems for file management and communication.</p><p>• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all aspects of the role.</p>
