<p>We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Minnesota. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in ServiceNow to implement and optimize various modules that align with organizational goals. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work collaboratively with IT and HR leaders, while also contributing to the enhancement of existing systems.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Develop and configure ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements and ensure seamless integration.</p><p>• Collaborate with IT and HR teams to identify high-value use cases and prioritize tasks within the project backlog.</p><p>• Conduct thorough analysis to determine the best implementation strategies for unused ServiceNow modules.</p><p>• Work independently or with administrators and architects to execute project plans effectively.</p><p>• Ensure all ServiceNow solutions align with organizational standards and long-term objectives.</p><p>• Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the implementation process.</p><p>• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality and performance.</p><p>• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for efficiency and scalability.</p><p>• Stay up to date with ServiceNow advancements to maximize platform capabilities.</p><p>• Support ongoing maintenance and upgrades for existing ServiceNow modules.</p>

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.<br>• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules and their functionalities.<br>• ServiceNow certification is required; additional certifications are highly preferred.<br>• Proven ability to analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions.<br>• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT and HR.<br>• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.<br>• Familiarity with system integration and optimization best practices.<br>• Effective communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
