<p><strong>Robert Half</strong> is actively partnering with an Austin-based renewable energy client to identify a <strong>Project Engineer (contract-to-hire). </strong>This position blends electrical engineering and data-driven digital solutions to optimize the performance of renewable energy installations.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Analyze photovoltaic projects to monitor key variables and ensure system performance</li><li>Configure hardware, conduct system testing, and maintain quality standards with accurate documentation for system integrations</li><li>Draft diagrams for hardware based on project specifications and guidance from Project Managers</li><li>Support SCADA system commissioning</li><li>Prepare technical reports and presentations for clients</li></ul>
