As well as transform complex business questions into scalable analytics solutions, enabling data-driven decision-making across multiple departments. <strong>This role is hybrid in Austin, Tx. </strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Partner with stakeholders to translate business questions into actionable analytics solutions.</li><li>Gather requirements, define KPIs, and create scalable reporting frameworks.</li><li>Design, build, and maintain analytics data models using SQL and dbt.</li><li>Develop and enhance dashboards, reports, and self-service BI solutions.</li><li>Perform data validation, testing, and quality assurance to ensure accurate reporting.</li><li>Conduct trend analysis and root-cause investigations to support business decisions.</li><li>Present insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.</li><li>Collaborate on data platform enhancements, reporting consolidation, and modernization initiatives.</li><li>Automate recurring reporting and analytics processes using Python.</li><li>Maintain documentation, data governance standards, and reporting best practices.</li><li>Support secure handling of financial, operational, customer, and employee data.</li><li>Contribute to code reviews, CI/CD processes, and continuous improvement efforts.</li></ul>
