We are looking for a Systems/Network Administrator to support and strengthen a multi-site technology environment in Augusta, Georgia. This Long-term Contract position will focus on maintaining reliable network operations, securing identity and endpoint platforms, and improving the performance of core infrastructure and collaboration systems. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience across networking, Microsoft cloud services, device management, and end-user support while working effectively with vendors and internal teams.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Oversee the design, deployment, and ongoing administration of network infrastructure, including servers, storage platforms, switches, routers, Hyper-V environments, and SonicWall firewall solutions.<br>• Track network health, utilization, and uptime, and take preventive action to address performance concerns before they disrupt business operations.<br>• Support connectivity across multiple locations by managing hybrid networking, secure remote access, and site-to-site communication solutions.<br>• Partner with external providers and technology vendors to coordinate upgrades, maintenance activities, and infrastructure-related projects.<br>• Administer Microsoft Entra ID by handling account provisioning, group management, access controls, and multi-factor authentication policies.<br>• Manage Microsoft Intune for device onboarding, compliance enforcement, software deployment, and endpoint protection across Windows, iOS, and Android devices.<br>• Maintain and support Microsoft 365 services and business communication tools, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and RingCentral configuration.<br>• Provide advanced technical support for employees, resolve complex hardware and software issues, and identify root causes to reduce repeated incidents.<br>• Maintain IT asset records and assist with procurement, lifecycle planning, user training, and improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.<br>• Contribute to collaboration platform upgrades and tool optimization efforts while reinforcing technology policies, backup practices, and incident response processes.

• Proven experience administering enterprise network environments that include Cisco networking, LAN infrastructure, routers, switches, and firewall technologies.<br>• Hands-on knowledge of SonicWall security appliances and remote connectivity solutions in a multi-site business setting.<br>• Strong background with Microsoft Entra ID or Azure Active Directory, including identity management, policy administration, and authentication controls.<br>• Experience using Microsoft Intune to manage mobile and desktop devices, enforce compliance standards, and deploy applications.<br>• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and related user support functions.<br>• Ability to support virtualized and server-based environments, including platforms such as Hyper-V and VMware.<br>• Demonstrated capability to deliver Tier 2 or Tier 3 technical support, troubleshoot complex issues, and communicate effectively with users and vendors.<br>• Familiarity with asset management, endpoint security, backup practices, and continuous improvement within an IT operations environment.
