<p><strong>Job Overview</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as the primary administrator for client&#39;s network infrastructure, cloud services, identity platforms, and endpoint management environment.</li><li>Manage and support a hybrid IT environment serving approximately 200 corporate employees and a large temporary/contract workforce across multiple locations.</li><li>Ensure the availability, performance, security, and scalability of network, server, collaboration, and communications systems.</li><li>Administer Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, RingCentral, and core infrastructure technologies to support secure and efficient business operations.</li><li>Provide advanced technical support, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and help maintain a strong security posture across the organization.</li><li>Partner with internal stakeholders, vendors, and technology providers to deliver infrastructure enhancements, upgrades, and operational excellence.</li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Design, implement, maintain, and support network infrastructure including servers, virtualization, storage, switches, routers, firewalls, and VPN technologies.</li><li>Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact business operations.</li><li>Manage hybrid network connectivity, remote access solutions, and multi-site infrastructure requirements.</li><li>Administer Microsoft Entra ID, including user lifecycle management, group administration, conditional access policies, and multi-factor authentication.</li><li>Manage Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, endpoint security, compliance policies, application deployment, and mobile device management.</li><li>Support and enforce security standards, policies, procedures, backups, endpoint protection, and incident response activities.</li><li>Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.</li><li>Support and manage RingCentral telephony services, including user provisioning, call routing, auto attendants, and call queues.</li><li>Assist with system migrations, upgrades, platform optimizations, and technology refresh initiatives.</li><li>Provide Tier 2/3 support for network, system, hardware, software, identity, and endpoint-related issues.</li><li>Manage IT asset inventory, lifecycle tracking, procurement support, and equipment deployment.</li><li>Develop and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency, security, and end-user experience.</li><li>Train and support employees on new technologies, tools, and best practices.</li><li>Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and business stakeholders to deliver technology projects and ongoing support.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security requirements while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.</li></ul><p><strong>*Please note: </strong>This position is fully onsite in Augusta, GA. <p><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong></p><p><strong>Required:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in network administration, systems administration, identity/security management, and/or enterprise user support.</li><li>Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD, Microsoft 365 administration, and modern endpoint management (preferably Intune).</li><li>Experience with virtualization (Hyper-V preferred), Windows Server, and firewall/VPN technologies (SonicWall or equivalent).</li><li>Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex network, identity, and desktop issues with high attention to detail and prioritization skills.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills: patience, tact, professionalism, and diplomacy when working with users under pressure or in time-sensitive situations.</li><li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, read and follow detailed technical documentation, and communicate clearly in English (verbal and written).</li><li>High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.</li><li>Valid driver’s license and acceptable DMV record; ability to pass pre-employment and random drug screens; willingness to travel within the Company’s geographic footprint as needed.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p><ul><li>Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft AZ-104, MS-102, SC-300, CompTIA Network+/Security+, SonicWall, RingCentral, or equivalent).</li><li>Hands-on experience with RingCentral or similar UCaaS platforms.</li><li>Experience supporting multi-location or hybrid workforces and temporary/contractor populations.</li><li>Prior experience in a staffing, professional services, or multi-client environment is a plus.</li></ul><p><strong>*Please note: </strong>This position is fully onsite in Augusta, GA.
