Intake Coordinator
<p>We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented <strong>Intake Coordinator</strong> to join our team in <strong>Aston, PA</strong>. This role is responsible for serving as the first point of contact for new clients or patients, gathering and verifying information, coordinating intake documentation, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive information in a professional and confidential manner.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients, patients, or referrals</li><li>Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner</li><li>Collect, review, and verify intake information, documentation, and required forms</li><li>Schedule appointments, assessments, or consultations as needed</li><li>Enter and maintain accurate information in company databases, EMR, or CRM systems</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments, providers, or case managers to facilitate the intake process</li><li>Verify insurance, benefits, or eligibility information when applicable</li><li>Explain intake procedures, required documentation, and next steps to clients or patients</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with HIPAA or other applicable privacy regulations</li><li>Track intake status and follow up on missing information or incomplete documentation</li><li>Provide administrative support and assist with additional office duties as assigned</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Previous experience in intake, admissions, customer service, healthcare administration, or office support preferred</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry systems</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion</li><li>Strong multitasking and time management skills</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Preferred Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with insurance verification, patient registration, or client onboarding</li><li>Familiarity with EMR, EHR, CRM, or case management systems</li><li>Knowledge of healthcare, social services, behavioral health, or related intake processes</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p> </p>
