<p>We are looking for a skilled P2P Business Analytics/Data Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will utilize your expertise to transform data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Analyze complex P2P data sets to identify trends and provide strategic recommendations.</p><p>• Cleansing, normalizing, and validating procurement data across source systems.</p><p>• Support P2P system implementation initiatives - define supplier catalog structure.</p><p>• Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards using Power BI.</p><p>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support supply chain and procure-to-pay operations.</p><p>• Utilize Microsoft SQL and BusinessObjects technologies to extract, transform, and load data.</p><p>• Generate reports that support decision-making across various business units.</p><p>• Ensure data accuracy and integrity while adhering to best practices.</p><p>• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement data-driven solutions.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>

<p>• P2P data cleansing, normalization, and validation.</p><p>• Excel super-user (pivot tables, lookups, data validation, fuzzy logic)</p><p>• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL and BusinessObjects technologies.</p><p>• Strong experience in data analysis and business intelligence.</p><p>• Familiarity with Erwin Data tools for data modeling and documentation.</p><p>• Knowledge of supply chain management and procure-to-pay processes.</p><p>• Expertise in developing dashboards and reports using Power BI.</p><p>• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.</p><p>• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.</p><p>• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.</p>
