<p><strong>Data Center Technician (Field Analyst) (Evening Shift)</strong></p><p><strong>Locations:</strong> Ashburn, VA and/or Manassas, VA</p><p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Tuesday–Saturday, <strong>5:00 PM – 1:00 AM</strong></p><p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p><p>This role supports day-to-day <strong>data center operations (DCO)</strong> and infrastructure projects across Ashburn and Manassas facilities. The ideal candidate has <strong>end-to-end data center experience</strong>, in a variety of functions, and is comfortable working hands-on while coordinating with vendors and internal teams. The candidate must be able to work late hours and weekend shift, which will be defined and confirmed before the start of the contract to hire opportunity. </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Perform cradle-to-grave infrastructure work: copper and fiber cabling (Cat5/6), rack & stack, testing, troubleshooting, and decommissioning</li><li>Support power events, capacity management, and new data center build-outs</li><li>Coordinate vendors, electrical contractors, and internal stakeholders</li><li>Create, track, and close infrastructure tickets and documentation</li></ul><p><br></p>
<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><strong>1-7+ years</strong> of data center experience </li><li>Strong understanding of <strong>cabling and fiber </strong></li><li>Hands-on cabling and cable testing experience</li><li>Flexibility for night shifts, weekends, and overtime</li></ul><p><br></p>
