<p>We are looking for an experienced Applications Architect to join our team in the Washington, DC Metro area.. In this role, you will design and implement technology solutions that align with organizational objectives while ensuring scalability and efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact within the non-profit sector.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Translate business and technical requirements into comprehensive solution architectures and documentation.</p><p>• Collaborate with product teams to develop and maintain an architecture roadmap that addresses future organizational needs.</p><p>• Work closely with stakeholders to design technology solutions that align with strategic goals and objectives.</p><p>• Analyze business drivers to define and implement enterprise solutions that achieve desired outcomes.</p><p>• Evaluate the organization's technology portfolio to identify outdated systems or misaligned solutions.</p><p>• Provide recommendations on product lifecycle decisions, including system maintenance, upgrades, or retirement.</p><p>• Identify technical debt and propose actionable steps to improve system performance and scalability.</p><p>• Guide the selection and configuration of software applications to meet business requirements.</p><p>• Ensure alignment of projects with established architectural frameworks, making adjustments as necessary.</p><p>• Lead the design and implementation of solution architecture across various applications and technologies.</p>

• Minimum of 6 years of experience managing enterprise architecture.<br>• Bachelor's degree in a related field.<br>• Proficiency in ASP.NET and .NET frameworks.<br>• Hands-on experience in application architecture and API development.<br>• Familiarity with AWS technologies.<br>• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<br>• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.<br>• Experience leading cross-functional teams in technology solution implementations.
