We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Appleton, Wisconsin. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and enhance system performance. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to impactful projects while supporting user needs and driving improvements.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage and configure Warehouse Management Systems, including user access, security settings, and system preferences.<br>• Monitor system performance, diagnose issues, and coordinate resolutions with vendors or technical teams.<br>• Provide training and documentation to end users, ensuring effective utilization of WMS functionality.<br>• Lead system upgrades, patches, and integration efforts, ensuring seamless deployment and testing.<br>• Conduct regular audits to maintain accurate data for inventory, orders, and workflow processes.<br>• Collaborate with various departments to identify and implement process improvements.<br>• Support disaster recovery planning to safeguard critical warehouse systems.<br>• Troubleshoot and resolve system-related challenges to maintain operational efficiency.<br>• Partner with IT and warehouse teams to optimize system workflows and performance.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.<br>• Minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting or administering WMS or similar operational systems.<br>• Proficiency in business analysis and document review.<br>• Familiarity with WMS applications and system functionality.<br>• Strong problem-solving skills with knowledge of warehouse or distribution workflows.<br>• Experience with databases and low-code/no-code tools.<br>• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively in fast-paced environments.<br>• Ability to work cross-functionally and support diverse teams.
