D365 CE Migration Architect
We are looking for an experienced D365 CE Migration Architect to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role involves supporting and advising on the transition from on-premises Dynamics CRM to the cloud-based D365 Customer Engagement platform. The position is part-time and offers the flexibility of remote work, while requiring a strong focus on collaboration and technical expertise.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Lead and provide expert guidance on migrating workflows and functionalities from Dynamics CRM to D365 Customer Engagement in the cloud.<br>• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure smooth integration during the migration process.<br>• Design and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Automate to enhance automation and efficiency.<br>• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the migration and ensure system stability.<br>• Develop and document best practices for the migration process and provide training as needed.<br>• Conduct performance testing and optimization for the newly implemented cloud-based system.<br>• Stay updated on the latest developments in D365 and related technologies to recommend innovative solutions.<br>• Ensure data integrity and security throughout the migration process.<br>• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to deliver updates and address concerns.<br>• Provide post-migration support to ensure the system meets the organization's needs.
• At least 7 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and D365.<br>• Proven expertise in cloud migration projects, particularly transitioning from on-premises systems.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate and its applications for workflow automation.<br>• Strong analytical skills to identify and address technical challenges during migration.<br>• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively in a remote environment.<br>• Knowledge of best practices for data security and system integration.<br>• Ability to document processes and train end users on new systems.<br>• Experience in performance testing and optimizing cloud-based solutions.
