Responsibilities: • Lead the finance function for the Albuquerque, New Mexico business, providing direction on financial strategy, governance, and day-to-day oversight. • Partner with operational, technical, and executive leaders to deliver analysis that supports informed decisions on performance, growth, and resource allocation. • Direct budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities, ensuring alignment with broader finance policies and reporting expectations. • Review monthly financial results, management reports, and key performance indicators to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. • Guide financial oversight for research and development efforts, including project costing, spend tracking, and compliance with external funding requirements. • Build business cases, scenario models, and investment analyses to support strategic initiatives, partnerships, and commercial opportunities. • Contribute financial leadership to pricing discussions, contract evaluations, and funding arrangements, including government-supported programs. • Strengthen internal controls, reporting discipline, and governance practices to support statutory compliance and future capital markets readiness. • Manage and develop the local finance team, including oversight of the Financial Controller and future accounting staff, to ensure effective execution of finance operations.

This position focuses on strengthening and advancing the organization’s security environment through hands-on engineering across cloud, identity, endpoint, network, and monitoring domains. The ideal candidate brings strong technical judgment, can work independently on complex initiatives, and partners effectively with cross-functional teams to reduce risk and improve resilience. Responsibilities:• Build and enhance secure technical solutions across endpoint protection, identity platforms, cloud environments, network controls, and security monitoring systems.• Drive implementation efforts for security platforms, including deployments, upgrades, and integrations, while ensuring reliable performance and alignment with business needs.• Assess technical vulnerabilities and security gaps, then recommend and execute engineering improvements that support compliance and risk management objectives.• Work closely with security analysts to improve alerting, logging, and telemetry so threats can be identified and investigated more effectively.• Strengthen the overall security posture through automation, hardened configurations, and targeted architecture improvements.• Apply industry and regulatory security guidance to infrastructure and solution design within a financial services environment.• Lead remediation work stemming from audits, assessments, incidents, or control reviews, ensuring corrective actions are completed thoroughly.• Provide technical direction to less experienced team members and contribute expertise to project teams handling security-focused initiatives.Other duties as needed
