MUST HAVE Deltek Costpoint experience.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Interim Controller with Deltek Costpoint experience (contract position):</strong></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes to produce accurate financial reporting for executive leadership and the Board of Directors.</p><p>• Design and optimize accounting workflows to improve efficiency and align with industry best practices.</p><p>• Supervise accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring smooth vendor relationships and accurate status tracking.</p><p>• Perform account reconciliations, compute monthly accruals, and oversee general ledger transactions to maintain financial accuracy.</p><p>• Assist with accounting mapping and integration tasks related to the company's recent implementation of Deltek Costpoint.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with government contracting regulations, including fiscal law and Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) cycles.</p><p>• Generate detailed financial analysis and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.</p><p>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain adherence to defense contractors' policies and standards.</p><p><strong>Must have Deltek Costpoint experience</strong></p>

<p>• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA designation is a plus.</p><p>• 3-5 years of accounting experience, with preference for candidates with Big 4 accounting backgrounds.</p><p>• Proven knowledge of government contracting processes, DoD appropriations, and fiscal regulations.</p><p>• Proficiency in <strong>Deltek Costpoint</strong> and Microsoft Excel.</p><p>• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to manage priorities effectively.</p><p>• Experience working in startup environments and establishing foundational financial processes.</p><p>• Current DoD Secret Security Clearance or eligibility for interim clearance before starting.</p><p>• Ability to work collaboratively with executives, government representatives, and program leads.</p>
