The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership qualities, technical accounting expertise, and a proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Direct and oversee the company’s financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.</p><p>• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with accuracy and timeliness.</p><p>• Provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations to senior management based on financial performance analysis.</p><p>• Manage private equity fund accounting activities, such as capital calls, distributions, management fees, and fund expenses.</p><p>• Collaborate with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with private equity reporting requirements.</p><p>• Implement and maintain internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets and mitigate risks.</p><p>• Identify and execute opportunities to streamline financial processes and enhance operational efficiency.</p><p>• Supervise and mentor the accounting and finance teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.</p><p>• Drive the adoption of technology solutions to improve financial reporting and analysis capabilities.</p>
