Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail, packages and deliveries to appropriate departments or individualsPrepare and process outgoing mail, including labeling, postage and scheduling pickupsMaintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries and tracking informationOperate mailroom equipment such as postage meters, scanners and printersCoordinate with postal services and courier vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveryMonitor inventory of mailing supplies and reorder as neededAssist with document handling, filing and administrative support tasksEnsure compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards when handling sensitive materials
