We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Coordinator to oversee credentialing and access control operations at our client’s on-site location in Rome, Georgia. This long-term contract position plays a critical role in ensuring a secure and efficient environment through meticulous record-keeping and exceptional customer service. The role operates Monday through Friday, with occasional extended hours to meet operational demands.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Administer and maintain the access control and badging system, ensuring accurate onboarding and record management for employees, contractors, vendors, and visitors.<br>• Capture and upload photo identification records with a focus on accuracy and high-quality standards.<br>• Regularly monitor badge records to identify outdated or non-compliant credentials and coordinate necessary updates.<br>• Assign and manage access levels in alignment with client requirements and departmental permissions.<br>• Collaborate with the on-site Security Manager to uphold security protocols and procedures.<br>• Safeguard sensitive employee and security data by maintaining strict confidentiality and integrity.<br>• Maintain an adequate inventory of badging supplies and coordinate timely restocking.<br>• Provide detail-oriented, customer-focused service in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
