Responsibilities: • Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain physical servers, network devices, and storage hardware within the data center. • Perform equipment installations, including racking, stacking, and cable management to ensure proper connectivity. • Identify and resolve hardware issues promptly to maintain high system uptime. • Manage and optimize infrastructure performance while adhering to security standards. • Address environmental concerns within the data center to ensure operational stability. • Work with wireless technologies such as Wireless Application Protocol (WAP) and Wireless Personal Area Networks (WPAN). • Utilize tools like Norton Utilities to diagnose and resolve issues effectively. • Collaborate with team members to implement solutions and improve processes. • Apply industry best practices and standards to maintain system reliability. • Conduct routine checks and preventive maintenance to avoid potential disruptions.
