Candidates should bring strong communication skills and a detail-oriented approach to effectively collaborate with sales teams and customers.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Coordinate with internal teams to request and manage quotes efficiently.<br>• Provide accurate and timely information to intake and quote teams, addressing any inquiries.<br>• Collaborate with the sales team and customers during project planning stages, including participation in kickoff meetings.<br>• Oversee customer order management processes, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.<br>• Process payments or deposits as required and handle ticket picking within established timeframes.<br>• Upload order data to customer portals and maintain updated records on shared drives.<br>• Monitor open order reports and update shipping dates in relevant systems when necessary.<br>• Communicate lead time or shipping date changes to customers and sales representatives.<br>• Conduct stock checks and provide shipping notifications for direct-ship orders.<br>• Address post-order management tasks, including processing specific customer requests.
