In this role, you will take on a critical position supporting both operational finance activities and strategic planning initiatives. This is a hybrid opportunity that requires a balance of analytical expertise and collaboration to drive organizational success.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Monitor and evaluate monthly plant performance, identifying variances and proposing actionable solutions to support operational and financial goals.</p><p>• Implement standardized processes and reporting practices in alignment with global finance standards, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of operational metrics and key performance indicators.</p><p>• Lead and contribute to corporate initiatives aimed at improving productivity, tracking project outcomes, and providing financial models to support business cases.</p><p>• Coordinate the Medium-Term Plan and Annual Budget processes, managing planning calendars, forecasting updates, and conducting scenario modeling and variance analysis.</p><p>• Collaborate in the month-end close process by reviewing results, conducting balance sheet analyses, and ensuring alignment with operational performance.</p><p>• Support inventory tracking and analysis to optimize cost management and operational efficiency.</p><p>• Conduct ad hoc financial analyses to address urgent business needs and provide actionable insights.</p><p>• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance overall financial performance.</p><p>• Assist in the adoption and rollout of financial systems and tools to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency</p>
