We are seeking a highly skilled Senior System Administrator with strong experience in Microsoft Azure to support, maintain, and enhance our cloud and on‑prem infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, optimizing systems for performance and security, and working cross‑functionally with IT, security, and engineering teams.You will play a key role in managing core infrastructure, implementing cloud solutions, improving system reliability, and ensuring the organization’s technology environment remains secure, scalable, and efficient. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Administer, maintain, and optimize Microsoft Azure environments—including virtual machines, storage, networking, identity, and security components.</li><li>Lead system administration efforts for Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and related infrastructure services.</li><li>Manage Azure infrastructure as code, automation scripts, and cloud deployments using tools like PowerShell, Azure CLI, or ARM/Bicep.</li><li>Monitor system performance, availability, and security, implementing improvements as needed.</li><li>Support identity and access management, including Azure AD, MFA, conditional access, and security hardening.</li><li>Oversee patching, updates, server lifecycle management, and disaster recovery strategies.</li><li>Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues across servers, cloud resources, networking, and applications.</li><li>Collaborate with security teams to implement best practices around RBAC, logging, monitoring, and compliance requirements.</li><li>Maintain documentation, runbooks, diagrams, and architectural standards.</li><li>Provide mentorship and technical leadership to junior system administrators and support staff.</li></ul>
