This contract to permanent oppportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys helping patients, maintaining accurate information, and keeping daily administrative workflows organized. The person in this role will serve as a key point of contact for patients and visitors while helping ensure each interaction is handled efficiently and professionally.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Greet patients and visitors in a courteous manner and create a welcoming experience from arrival through check-in.</p><p>• Complete patient intake tasks by entering demographic details, confirming coverage information, and maintaining accurate records.</p><p>• Coordinate appointment scheduling, send confirmations, and assist with follow-up changes to support clinic operations.</p><p>• Receive payments such as co-pays and reconcile daily collections with accuracy and attention to detail.</p><p>• Partner with medical and administrative staff to keep patient movement and office activity running smoothly throughout the day.</p><p>• Respond to patient questions and concerns with professionalism, and route more complex issues to the appropriate team members when needed.</p><p>• Safeguard sensitive health information by following privacy standards and established confidentiality procedures.</p>
