We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to support a contract assignment in Jasper, Oregon. This position will oversee core HR operations, guide employee relations matters, and help maintain efficient processes across onboarding, benefits, and recruiting. The ideal candidate brings strong judgment, organization, and hands-on knowledge of HR systems to ensure compliant and responsive support for the workforce.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Lead day-to-day human resources activities, ensuring policies, procedures, and employee support practices are carried out effectively.<br>• Provide guidance on workplace concerns, performance matters, and employee relations issues with professionalism and sound judgment.<br>• Administer benefits-related activities, including employee support, enrollment coordination, and issue resolution.<br>• Manage onboarding tasks for new hires, helping create a smooth and well-organized start to employment.<br>• Maintain accurate employee records and oversee HR administrative processes using HRIS tools such as Paycom.<br>• Support recruiting efforts by coordinating hiring activities, communication, and related documentation.<br>• Partner with leadership to address workers compensation matters and help ensure timely follow-up and documentation.<br>• Assist with HR process updates or system-related changes as needed while maintaining continuity of service and compliance.
