<p>The Permanent Division of Robert Half is currently recruiting for an Operations Manager on behalf of a Global Sales and Distribution business with offices in Borehamwood</p><p>The Role</p><p>As Operations Manager you will lead the day to day business operations across the UK and aim to drive organisational efficiency through improved operational functions, team management and process optimisation - in turn delivering strategic initiative that support the company growth plans. Day to day duties will consist of:</p><ul><li>Oversee daily operations across multiple functions to maximise output and efficiency together with monitoring adherence to rules, regulations and procedures.</li><li>Oversee the output of the Sales Administration, Technical Support/Repairs and Warehouse teams to ensure it is in line with business standards through direct people management.</li><li>Co-ordinate, manage and monitor cross departmental / function work-flow relationships.</li><li>Design, document, implement, coordinate, monitor and continuously improve operational frameworks and processes of departments involved in stock control, customer support and sales invoicing & administration, technical support and repairs.</li><li>Translate strategic priorities into clear, executable operational plans.</li><li>Identify operational risks and ensure appropriate mitigation strategies are in place</li><li>Work closely with managers and team leaders, to support teams to deliver consistently high standards of performance and efficiency ensuring company commitments are being fulfilled.</li><li>Create and manage KPI's and produce ad hoc reporting to support informed decision-making.</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal policies, governance standards, and best practices.</li></ul><p>Your Profile</p><p>You will have proven experience in operations management and will have strong commercial awareness and a track record of delivery against KPIS with the ability to lead and drive improvements in order to assist with the ongoing growth and development of the business.
