This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive finance professional who can hit the ground running and provide valuable support. </p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul data-spread="false"><li>Prepare monthly management accounts, including journals, accruals and prepayments</li><li>Produce financial reports and variance analysis</li><li>Assist with budgeting and forecasting</li><li>Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate discrepancies</li><li>Prepare and analyse financial information to support business decisions</li><li>Assist with cash flow reporting and financial planning</li><li>Support process improvements and ad hoc finance projects</li></ul><p> </p><h3>What they're looking for </h3><p> </p><ul><li>Strong month-end accounting experience</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Advanced Excel skills and experience using finance systems</li></ul><p> </p><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
