The company is expanding its portfolio of design-led venues that bring people together to relax, socialise, and recharge.</p><p>They are based in West London, and now looking to hire a talented Accounts Payable Manager to join the team.</p><p><strong>Role</strong></p><p>Reporting into the Finance Director, the Accounts Payable Manager will support in regular AP & AR activities by implementing best practices, strong controls and efficient processes. They will take on a number of key duties including:</p><ul><li>Lead and develop a finance team, driving high performance and engagement.</li><li>Oversee AP, AR, Payroll, and balance sheet management across multiple regions.</li><li>Deliver accurate monthly reporting, forecasts, and insightful financial analysis for the board.</li><li>Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, audits, and internal controls.</li><li>Support month-end and year-end close processes with timely and accurate reporting.</li><li>Partner with business leaders to forecast revenue, analyse variances, and provide recommendations.</li><li>Drive process improvements, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and accuracy.</li></ul><p><strong>Profile</strong></p><p>The ideal profile for this Accounts Payable Manager position should have the following:</p><ul><li>Proven experience managing AP processes (and AR) ideally across multiple sites or entities.</li><li>Strong Excel skills (intermediate to advanced)</li><li>Experience with accounting software (Business Central preferred).</li><li>Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Familiarity with CIS, auditors, and tax advisors is advantageous.</li><li>Proactive, team-oriented, and able to work independently when needed.</li></ul><p><strong>Salary / Package</strong></p><p>£55,000 to £65,000 + additional benefits including:</p><ul><li>Hybrid working</li><li>Pension scheme</li><li>Discretionary bonus</li><li>Member benefits & discounts</li></ul><p>The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.</p><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
