<p>Robert Half is recruiting for a Finance Assistant at our SME client in Hertfordshire, on a temp to perm basis. </p><p>The position of Finance Assistant will be varied and will require the following skills and experience;</p><ul><li>Basic Accounting Knowledge: Understanding of fundamental accounting concepts and double-entry bookkeeping</li><li>Data Entry and Software Proficiency: Experience with accounting software and data entry</li><li>Attention to Detail: Accuracy in recording and processing financial information</li><li>Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and external parties</li><li>Organisation Skills: Managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively</li><li>Teamwork: Working collaboratively with other members of the finance team ● High analytical skills with a great attention to detail and accuracy is essential</li><li>recently AAT Qualified or at least AAT level 2 or 3 studier required. </li></ul><p>The position of Finance Assistant will be hired on a temp to perm basis, with hybrid working available once training has finished.</p><p>Equivalent salary level £30-35k. </p><p> </p><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
