They incorporate modern technology by providing services for cloud computing, cybersecurity, networks, data, and AI, acting as a managed technology partner.Due to continued growth, they are now looking to hire a Group Financial Accountant to join their group reporting team.RoleThe Group Financial Accountant for this international IT management business, will work closely with the Reporting Manager, supporting consolidation processes, day-to-day accounting, and audit work across the group function. They will take on a number of key duties including:<ul><li>Lead the Group consolidation process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.</li><li>Oversee and improve finance systems, driving consistency and strong controls across the Group.</li><li>Work closely with finance and IT teams worldwide to deliver system solutions that meet business needs.</li><li>Manage and develop a small offshore team (up to 4 people).</li><li>Maintain key finance processes including consolidations, FX revaluations, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.</li><li>Support the rollout of finance system across countries, building governance and efficiencies into every stage.</li><li>Keep the Group Chart of Accounts and reporting structures fit for purpose.</li></ul>ProfileThe ideal profile for this Group Financial Accountant position, should have the following attributes:<ul><li>Part-qualified accountant or QBE, with 3-5 years' financial accounting experience (ideally in a group environment).</li><li>Background in an international, multi-entity business.</li><li>Experience with Dynamics 365 or a similar ERP system.</li><li>Strong technical accounting knowledge and solid Excel skills.</li><li>Clear and confident communicator, able to work with both finance and non-finance teams.</li><li>Proactive and solutions-focused, with a drive to improve processes and systems.</li></ul>Salary & Benefits£50,000 to £55,000 plus benefits including:<ul><li>Discretionary bonus</li><li>Private medical and dental plans</li><li>Support for studies</li><li>Group pension scheme</li><li>Hybrid working - 2 days in office</li><li>25 days holiday</li><li>Company socials & seasonal parties</li></ul>The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.
