<p><strong>Senior M&amp;A Manager - £90,000 - £100,000+ Bonus + Fully Remote</strong></p><p><strong>Senior M&amp;A Manager </strong></p><p>A rapidly growing PE-backed business are looking for a fully remote Senior M&amp;A Manager to lead on all end-end acquisition activity. The role is perfect for someone with experience within a global fast-moving business, or working within corporate finance/transaction services.</p><p><strong>The Role:</strong></p><ul><li data-end="302" data-start="217">Oversee Financial Due Diligence </li><li data-end="302" data-start="217"><p data-end="302" data-start="219">Act as financial gatekeeper, maintaining discipline within the acquisitions team.</p></li><li data-start="303" data-end="412"><p data-end="412" data-start="305">Review TDD to identify and escalate tax risks; ensure legal and tax issues are addressed pre-acquisition.</p></li><li data-start="413" data-end="492"><p data-end="492" data-start="415">Work with legal teams to assess and mitigate risks from complex structures.</p></li><li data-start="493" data-end="597"><p data-start="495" data-end="597">Recommend FDD and investment cases for CFO approval, ensuring all due diligence issues are captured.</p></li><li data-end="680" data-start="598"><p data-start="600" data-end="680">Ensure compliance with investor and banking agreements; escalate any breaches.</p></li><li data-end="778" data-start="681"><p data-end="778" data-start="683">Review disclosure letters and LDD for financial/tax risks; adjust investment cases as needed.</p></li><li data-end="836" data-start="779"><p data-start="781" data-end="836">Approve funds flow and pro forma completion accounts.</p></li><li data-start="837" data-end="924"><p data-start="839" data-end="924">Ensure timely transfer of diligence data and completion docs into internal systems.</p></li><li data-end="984" data-start="925"><p data-end="984" data-start="927">Oversee smooth handover of investment cases to Finance.</p></li><li data-end="1039" data-start="985"><p data-end="1039" data-start="987">Review and challenge post-acquisition performance.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Your Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Qualified Accountant </li><li>Strong end-end M&amp;A experience within a high acquisitive business, or transaction services/corporate finance</li><li>Strong negotiation skills</li><li>Ability to manage and communicate with senior stakeholders </li></ul><p> </p><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
