<h3 data-start="179" data-end="240">Interim Finance Director - Capital Projects (12 months)</h3><p data-start="241" data-end="315">📍 <strong data-end="265" data-start="244">Scotland (hybrid)</strong><br data-start="265" / data-end="268"> 🕒 <strong data-start="271" data-end="292">12-month contract</strong><br data-end="295" / data-start="292"> 🚀 <strong data-start="298" data-end="313">Start: ASAP</strong></p><p data-start="317" data-end="465">I'm working with a business delivering a portfolio of major capital projects - and they're at a key point where finance leadership really matters.</p><p data-start="467" data-end="609">They're looking for an <strong data-end="518" data-start="490">Interim Finance Director</strong> who can keep the day-to-day running smoothly while driving through a few big priorities:</p><ul data-start="610" data-end="937"><li data-end="689" data-start="610"><p data-end="689" data-start="612">Managing <strong data-end="643" data-start="621">investor relations</strong> - reporting, updates, and funding drawdowns</p></li><li data-end="758" data-start="690"><p data-start="692" data-end="758">Leading the <strong data-start="704" data-end="722">year-end audit</strong> and keeping everything watertight</p></li><li data-start="759" data-end="846"><p data-start="761" data-end="846">Overseeing <strong data-start="772" data-end="801">technology and automation</strong> rollouts to sharpen processes and insights</p></li><li data-start="847" data-end="937"><p data-end="937" data-start="849">Providing steady <strong data-end="880" data-start="866">leadership</strong> to a capable finance team during a busy delivery phase</p></li></ul><p data-start="939" data-end="1121">This isn't a role for someone who wants to sit back and observe.
