Do you have experience within a group capacity being both strategic and hands on?As the successful candidate you will ideally be Audit trained, have 10 years PQ exposure and be happy to be in the office 5 days a week.Other key responsibilities include;* Set and enforce clear deadlines, service-level expectations, and accuracy standards.* Build a culture of ownership and pro-activeness and a pride in demonstrating continuous improvement within finance.* Build strong cross functional relationships and a create a close collaborative culture between finance and other areas of the Group* Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial accounts across all Group entities* Report directly to the CFO and Board of Directors on the company's financial performance* Maintain robust cashflow forecasting at group level.* Monitor working capital requirements and take proactive steps to protect liquidity.* Oversee bank relationships, mandates and treasury controls.* Ensure Audit Ready balance sheet management, including robust reconciliations for payroll, accruals and inter-company transactions.* Ensure payroll reconciliations are accurate, including holiday accruals, NI, pension, PAYE and other deductions.
