The company operates the UK, US, France, Germany Finland trading entities with revenues of c.£40m and c.600 employees.</p><p><strong>Roles and responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Meeting all weekly, monthly and year-end internal reporting deadlines</li><li>Maintaining, improving and controlling the quality of the management accounts</li><li>Delivering accurate and timely financial reporting</li><li>Responsible for the management and development of the management accounting team (3 direct reports)</li><li>Accountable for the compliance of financial statements with Group Accounting policies, IFRS and relevant tax law</li><li>Preparation of subsidiary accounts for external reporting</li><li>Ongoing Balance Sheet control and review</li><li>Continually improving financial processes, including system improvements.
