They provide a market-leading data and intelligence platform, operating at the forefront of the sales technology space and operating across several countries.</p><p>Due to continued growth, they are looking to hire a high-calibre Accounts Payable Supervisor to join their finance function.</p><p><strong>Role</strong></p><p>Reporting into the Head of Finance, the Accounts Payable Supervisor will take onus in leading the AP function providing daily guidance and oversight. They will take on a number of key duties including:</p><ul><li>Oversee day-to-day Accounts Payable operations, ensuring timely and accurate invoice and payment processing.</li><li>Lead, coach, and develop the AP team, managing workload and performance.</li><li>Act as key contact for vendors, resolving invoice, payment, and reconciliation queries.</li><li>Drive process improvements and support automation to improve efficiency and controls.</li><li>Ensure accurate AP general ledger reconciliations and balance integrity.</li><li>Produce AP reporting, including cash flow, ageing, and KPI analysis.</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal policies and support audit requirements.</li><li>Partner with treasury, finance, and wider teams to streamline AP processes.</li></ul><p><strong>Profile</strong></p><p>The ideal profile for this Accounts Payable Supervisor position should have the following:</p><ul><li>4+ years of experience in a similar Senior Accounts Payable capacity.</li><li>Prior experience in supervising junior members of staff.</li><li>Strong practical experience in end-to-end AP processes & Expenses</li><li>Evidence of process improvements and streamlining work.</li><li>Previous experience using NetSuite would be highly advantageous.</li></ul><p><strong>Salary & Benefits</strong></p><p>£45,000 - £50,000 + additional benefits including:</p><ul><li>Discretionary bonus scheme</li><li>Hybrid working</li><li>Pension scheme</li><li>Healthcare</li><li>Regular socials & more.</li></ul><p>The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.</p><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
