This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and proactive individual with strong communication and debt recovery skills to contribute to a busy finance team.</p><p data-start="762" data-end="789"><strong data-end="787" data-start="762">Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul data-start="790" data-end="1101"><li data-end="838" data-start="790"><p data-end="838" data-start="792">Chasing outstanding debt via phone and email</p></li><li data-end="901" data-start="839"><p data-start="841" data-end="901">Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients</p></li><li data-start="902" data-end="950"><p data-start="904" data-end="950">Allocating payments and reconciling accounts</p></li><li data-start="951" data-end="1001"><p data-end="1001" data-start="953">Resolving invoice and payment queries promptly</p></li><li data-end="1055" data-start="1002"><p data-start="1004" data-end="1055">Preparing aged debt reports for management review</p></li><li data-end="1101" data-start="1056"><p data-end="1101" data-start="1058">Supporting the wider finance team as needed</p></li></ul><p data-start="1103" data-end="1122"><strong data-end="1120" data-start="1103">Requirements:</strong></p><ul data-end="1402" data-start="1123"><li data-start="1123" data-end="1171"><p data-end="1171" data-start="1125">Previous experience in a credit control role</p></li><li data-start="1172" data-end="1219"><p data-end="1219" data-start="1174">Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills</p></li><li data-end="1280" data-start="1220"><p data-end="1280" data-start="1222">Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload</p></li><li data-end="1365" data-start="1281"><p data-start="1283" data-end="1365">Proficient in Microsoft Excel and finance systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, or similar)</p></li><li data-start="1366" data-end="1402"><p data-end="1402" data-start="1368">Available to start at short notice</p></li></ul><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
