Ryan possesses more than 15 years of executive leadership, search and placement experience, helping a diverse mix of clients secure elite talent for executive positions. He was previously in the Strategic Accounts division at Robert Half. Ryan has earned a sterling reputation as a human capital and talent acquisition expert and is highly renowned in the industry and among his peers for his discretion, effectiveness and excellence.

Personal and Professional Activities

Ryan graduated from the University of Texas, Arlington with a bachelor’s degree in Communications. In 2016, he was selected to sit on the Digital Advisory Council for Southern Methodist University’s Digital Accelerator program.

Ryan enjoys a variety of outdoor pursuits, including golf. Ryan also volunteers his time to several charities, including the American Cancer Society.
