Matt is a principal and executive recruiter at Robert Half Executive Search, based in Washington, DC. He has over 10 years of professional recruiting experience, including more than 7 years of identifying and recruiting executive leadership.
Matt has spent much of his career helping clients identify executive leadership in the technology and engineering fields and has conducted numerous searches for CEOs, Board Members, CIOs, CTOs, Chief Product Officers, Chief Data Scientists, and other senior-level positions. He has also helped companies hire high-level sales, marketing, finance and accounting, and human resources executives.
Matt partners with Robert Half Executive Search managing directors and principals to place talent in North America, Europe and Asia. Matt has built a strong network during his years of strategic recruiting and has developed relationships in the hi-tech, SaaS, manufacturing, financial services, pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. This has helped him place top talent in various organizations, from venture-backed startups to Fortune 100 enterprises.
Before arriving at Robert Half in 2017, Matt was a technical recruiter at a $1.3 billion global professional services firm.
Personal and Professional Activities
Matt received a bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University with concentrations in business and computer science.
Outside of work, he enjoys being involved in the local community, fishing, playing golf and music production.
