Kevin has a background with both high-growth startup and mature stable businesses, helping them realize their growth initiatives while strengthening their market position by providing superior executive leaders and human capital solutions. He creates, designs and implements best-in-class hiring solutions for companies by providing an innovative infrastructure and consultative approach to clients for key leadership roles.

Experience

Kevin has a strong background in all areas of executive search, recruiting, talent acquisition and consulting with over 20 years in the industry in various leadership positions. He began his career in finance with Continental Bank, later Bank of America, in Chicago before moving into sales and regional leadership roles with Friden Neopost Inc. Kevin then leveraged his finance, sales and leadership abilities to join the Lakeshore companies, which were a combination of search, staffing and consulting businesses. He oversaw multiple divisions during the company’s significant growth and acquisition by private equity. Kevin then started Cornerstone Associates as a founding member and President, leading the success and growth of this boutique executive search, recruiting and consulting firm until transitioning his business into RH Executive Search.

Personal and Professional Activities

Kevin also enjoys spending time with family, including his wife and two children, and friends. He is an avid sports fan and golfer, a former coach, and a board member for numerous nonprofit and charitable organizations, including Making Life Better. Originally from Ohio, he has a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Business Administration from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
