Kelly Romboy

Kelly is a VP/Managing Director who specializes in senior-level and executive search engagements across a wide range of industries and functional areas.

She especially focuses on senior-level Financial/Accounting leaders, as well as high-level, C-suite management talent such as COOs, CEOs, presidents, divisional presidents, directors in all functional areas including technology, sales and marketing, legal, operations/general management. Kelly has consulted with top leaders of companies for over 20 years.

She provides a consultative approach while helping companies identify their key leadership hiring needs and succession planning mandates. Her areas of industry expertise include diverse small to midsize manufacturing, construction and service organizations.

Kelly is highly skilled at finding and delivering the very best executive leadership candidates for each search assignment that she guides to a successful conclusion. She prides herself on building long-term relationships with her clients and works collaboratively to help place top performers in various vertical industries. Kelly takes a customized approach to each search to help her clients identify, assess and secure the very best in executive, leadership talent.

She is based in Milwaukee, Wisc., and partners with clients throughout the United States and internationally.

Experience

Prior to joining Robert Half Executive Search, Kelly spent over two decades as Vice President of Robert Half’s permanent placement division in Milwaukee, Wisc.

There, she managed a team of professionals that successfully identified, won and completed numerous senior-level, executive leadership roles, including CFOs, vice presidents of finance, directors of accounting, corporate, division and plant controllers, and public accounting managers. Kelly has been instrumental in building outstanding executive leadership teams for a wide variety of client companies. As Vice President & Division Director of Robert Half Finance & Accounting Permanent Placement Division, she was consistently recognized as a top performer in Wisconsin and earned an excellent reputation as a results-oriented search professional.

Personal and Professional Activities

Kelly attended Illinois State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. She is a strong supporter of the Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
