Katie Lemire

Katie is a Senior Managing Director at Robert Half Executive Search, with extensive experience in executive and senior-level search assignments across the globe. Katie is dedicated to serving the specialized recruiting needs of clients across various industries, including transportation and logistics, manufacturing, healthcare, education, software and information technology, banking and financial services, government (federal state and local), nonprofits, and retail and consumer goods.

Her efficient and innovative approach combines a national reach with industry expertise — and market intelligence — to deliver top performers that advance her clients’ unique business goals. Katie elevates executive search from a transactional relationship to a long-term alliance, partnering with clients to understand the hidden opportunities and challenges of their businesses.

Experience

As a strategic resource for her search clients, Katie has extensive experience identifying and securing game-changing leaders. She has helped build senior leadership teams, including placing C-suite executives for roles such as CEO, president, CFO, COO, CIO, CHRO, chief diversity officer, vice president and director.

Prior to joining Robert Half, Katie led a full-service executive recruitment firm. She fulfilled the domestic and international needs of image-driven brands in the fashion, luxury, retail, digital, creative and beauty industries.

In addition, Katie has held various leadership roles in merchandising, manufacturing and logistics in New York, San Francisco and Los Angeles. Katie is based in Houston and works on retained leadership engagements across the United States and internationally. Katie is fluent in conversational Spanish.

Personal and Professional Activities

Katie has been involved with numerous organizations, charities and alumni groups, including the Cancer Research Foundation, Toys for Tots and Canines for Companions. Katie has served as a Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising professional lector and student adviser throughout her career. She is an active member of the Gap Inc. alumni group, Victoria’s Secret alumni and Women in Retail Leadership. Katie graduated from the University of Arizona, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Spanish literature and a minor in political science.
